On time friendly services
Driver was waiting there on time with my name written on a board. New and spacious car that catered for family of 5 with 4 big luggages
Car interior could be cleaner - the worst in cleanliness among the apps' based cars used in Shanghai for 5 days. Half of the trunk is full of personal items like plastic pail. Much cheaper & the car is much way cleaner using the app's based car on the way back to the Pudong Airport for return flight.
