Damage Insurance Damage Assessment: We assess the condition of your luggage upon pickup, so we recommend taking photos of your luggage when you drop it off.

[Damaged Items] If your luggage is damaged, we will compensate you up to 200,000 won depending on the extent of the damage.
Based on our standards, we will compensate you for up to 200,000 won in compensation or depreciation of luggage parts (regardless of the original purchase price).
