The whole process from booking to the tour itself was smooth. Confirmation along with details for pick up was sent 2 days before. Driver arrived on time for pick up and our guide Iresh was friendly, knowledgeable and even picked us up in a very comfortable ride. Upon arrival, we were given ample time to explore and he was also accommodating to give us a bit more time than planned. Great experience overall!
The company, SeeSight Tours, was not upfront about their mistakes in booking. I was told several different reasons why the tour started 40 mins late which impacted our schedule for the rest of the day and caused rushing the morning for no reason. I’m only giving this 2 stars because the driver, who had no fault, was great and kind. I would not recommend this tour given the handling of the company. Even if it did get resolved eventually. It could be worse next time.
