The most convenient service which can be purchased for an airport like BKK as regular immigration queue and waiting time is long. Less than 10 minutes to complete immigration process from the time after the flight lands and disembarked to the aero bridge. Concierge waits at the bridge gate, greets and guide through the process which is the easiest and most importantly cost effective compared to other companies providing the same services. When compared to some other companies who provides the same services but significantly higher, chose the service from here. I was greeted by Idea at the gate and whisked away to the fast track lane! I got there around 5pm local time, and the immigration line wasn’t too packed. It’s a great option if you’re travelling with a group or during busy times. Idea also helped me with my luggage and kept an eye on me until I boarded my ride.
