It was easy to exchange for this card at the subway station. Counter staff had been most helpful and this card is very useful to explore different locations of interests in Tokyo.

I am surprised how easy it is to redeem the pass at the ticket machine. All it takes is a scan of the QR code. The pass pretty much allows you to visit all tourist spots in Tokyo without extra costs. Highly recommended.
