The discover scuba class will give participants a brief introduction into the world of diving. Students will learn about the effects of diving on the body and how to use the gear before being led on a dive in confined water at the State Park. (Students must know how to swim). Before we start the class each student will be issued an eLearning account that delivers the academics curriculum in an easy to understand format that you can complete at your own pace. (40 minutes to an hour). This way your time with us is spend on physically learning the dive gear and in the water and not in a classroom. Please note we are not the cheap quick version of trying scuba. We want this experience to be the gateway drug to a life addicted to scuba diving and underwater exploration.
