Pick up your tickets anytime between 10:45 and 15:00 at the [Get Prague Guide office](https://g.page/GetPragueGuide?share) (Maiselova 5, 110 00, Prague 1) – look for the blue and white umbrella
If you select the option for VR Glasses, please note that the tour is only available at 13:45 and an assistant will accompany you on your VR experience
