- Pick-up time: 08:30 and 11:00 (trips will be added depending on special cases, groups of more than 6 guests)
- Pick-up point: No. 01 Tran Hung Dao, Loc Tho Ward, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa or at the hotel in the center where the guest is staying.
- Free Shuttle Bus Pickup in Nha Trang City Center: Applicable from 04 Tran Phu – Vinpearl Port. For customers in other areas, the default pickup point will be at Gold Coast – 01 Tran Hung Dao, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa. This shuttle bus service is provided free of charge. Timeslot for pick up: 8am and 11am.

Purchase Notice
- The customers must follow strictly all instructions of our tour guides during the tour
- The customers may be suspended the tour and receive a refund to ensure the safety reasons but not their fault. Howerer, guest can not get a refund if they does not follow strictly the safety instructions from tour guide
- The customers under 1.2m in height and under 25kg or over 120kg are not allowed to participate in the Zipline Canopy Tour
- The customers aged under 16 and/or fails to pass our tour guide's test would not be allowed to drive ATV on their own
Reminders
Children under 16 years old have to sit at the back of the ATV.
Lean clothes are recommended for these adventure tours. You should use sports shoes, sunscreen, etc.
People with cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, back, leg, or hand injury, pregnant women, or people who use alcohol are not allowed to join the program.
Swimsuits and extra clothes to change into after a stream bath should be prepared.
Guests must be present at least 15 minutes before the registered playing time to complete the procedures. In case guests arrive late, their playing time will be moved to the following playing time.
Guests participating in games at Kong Forest Park must follow the tour guide's instructions to ensure safety for themselves and other visitors.
Guests may be forced to stop playing and receive a refund if it is due to safety reasons and not due to the player's fault. However, visitors will not be refunded and will be forced to stop playing for safety reasons if they do not follow the tour guide's instructions.
