- Due to the different tourist crowds in Jeju Island during peak and off-peak seasons, the meeting time and itinerary time are for reference only and may be adjusted. Please refer to the driver/guide's notification in the group the day before.
- Since the international version of LINE may not be able to add friends normally, we suggest you use other communication methods besides LINE.
- Refunds are not available for personal reasons within 24 hours of departure, except in cases of force majeure. Please confirm your itinerary details before placing your order. For refund requests, please follow the platform and merchant's regulations.
- Jeju Island experiences frequent rain in summer and heavy snowfall in winter. We recommend checking the weather forecast before you depart and packing appropriate clothing. In case of extreme weather, your trip may be cancelled.
