[Participant Health Verification and Accident Insurance]

• Participants must verify in advance that they are in a healthy enough condition to complete the course they have registered for.

• If you experience any physical abnormalities while participating (driving), you must immediately stop driving and request assistance from the medical team and operations staff.

• The organizer subscribes to organizer liability insurance. This applies only to accidents caused by the organizer's negligence and does not cover accidents caused by collisions between general participants, lack of skill, speeding, or road obstacles. Furthermore, accidents resulting from a participant's pre-existing medical conditions or internal diseases (such as heart disease, respiratory distress, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.) are not covered.

Please be sure to check your health condition in advance and carefully assess whether you can complete the race without difficulty before participating.

• Participants are advised to purchase individual injury insurance. The organizers assume no liability for risks arising from non-subscription, except for first aid and hospital transport.

• The cost of transfer to a secondary hospital is the responsibility of the participant.

• The organizers are not responsible for any damage occurring during the transportation of bicycles using return vehicles, etc.

• In the event of an accident caused by the organizer's negligence, payment will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the organizer's liability insurance.

• The amount excluding the 100,000 won co-payment will be paid within the limit.

• If the applicant and the actual participant do not match, the organizers shall not be held responsible for any accidents occurring during the event, and compensation is not possible.

• Participants are solely responsible for any equipment damage, loss, collisions, etc., that occur during the event, and the organizers bear no legal liability for such matters.

[Assembly and Departure]

• For this event, the gathering point (BEXCO) and the departure point (Gwangan Bridge) are different. On the day of the event, participants will gather and move as a group according to the organizers' instructions. The 'gathering time' and 'departure time' are separate, so please be sure to arrive at BEXCO on time as announced.

[Luggage Storage]

• As luggage storage is not available on-site, participants are responsible for managing their personal belongings. Please bring as few items as possible.
