Great experience. Very educational and the elephants were amazing. Very clean and well staffed. All staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
Our team was very friendly and had fun. The reception was very warm. At the beginning we were told a lot about the sanctuary and the elephants. Preparing the snacks (food balls) for the elephants was a lot of fun and we were allowed to feed them ourselves. The whole time, attention was paid to the welfare of the animals. You can tell that the focus here is on the elephants and not on commerce. Questions were answered at all times and you can tell that our toru guide puts his heart and soul into his work. At the end there is a video summary of the day.
