- Closed on Wednesdays (except public holidays and designated dates).

Must Know
- Admission ticket includes access to Ark Expo, Dream Planet, Ark Garden, Nature Park, Jumping World, and Cherish the Earth Pavilion.
- This is a pet-friendly park. Each adult (18+) may bring up to two pets under 20 kg (except guide dogs).
- Guests will receive 10 free game tokens per 2 ticket purchases for special in-park activities (value: HK$100).
- Queueing rules must be strictly followed. No line cutting or using items to reserve a spot.
- All activities are conducted mainly in Cantonese and may be adjusted due to weather, special events, or government policies.

- Anyone who purchases or redeems admission tickets at the Noah's Ark official ticket office/Noah's Ark online booking platform will be given a "Travel Guide".
- Each queuing person cannot replace others in queuing, nor is it allowed to use personal belongings to occupy the queuing position.
- Everyone in the queue must abide by the order, please do not jump in line. All activities will be conducted mainly in Cantonese.
