• Please book the transfer service with the spa directly at +66 891028403
• Free transfer service within the Downtown Pattaya City area for all bookings that book for more than 2 pax but maximum with 6 pax in one booking
• If book only 1 pax, the free transfer service does NOT include. A guest has to pay THB 200 one way and THB 400 for a round trip

• If book more than 6 pax, the extra charge for the transfer service is applied. THB 200 one way and THB 400 round trip

  
  

• The free transfer service area is only available in Downtown Pattaya. In case the areas are further than Downtown Pattaya City, the additional fee will be applied depending on the distance. Guests have to pay the extra fee at the spa shop

  
  

• In case guests need a transfer, guests must wait at the hotel lobby 30 minutes before the service time (If the guest books the spa package at 8:00 p.m., the driver will pick - up at 7:30 p.m.). In case guests are late, the driver will not wait so guests have to go to the spa by themselves. If any change about the meeting point, Grace Spa will inform customers personally
