Excellent information on pickup location and driver was courteous.
Ceyhan Arslan travel is amazing. Starting from picking up at airport, the van is clean and comfortable, he provided us with water and chocolate snacks, even shared his personal Wi-fi. He didn’t force the small talk when he saw our kids were dozing off.
Ceyhan was an excellent driver
No one was there to meet us so we had to call them to pick us up. They didn’t even know about us or the booking. It seems like our booking was lost or did not get through to them.
Our flight got cancelled at the last minute and the service provider were able to accommodate our new schedule with no fuss. Great service overall and would recommend to fellow travelers.
Ok . We had to wait a good 20 min for the car and the car had a strong cigarette smell.
