1. When making a reservation, all users' English names must be the same as those on their passports (including for yacht product insurance purposes).

2. Since this is a join tour, you must be on time for the meeting. If you are not at the 1st floor lobby at the appointed time, another pickup will be arranged and the tour will depart without prior notice. Changes/cancellations/full refunds are not possible.

3. If the meeting time is 08:00-08:10, you must wait in the lobby on the first floor of the accommodation from 07:55.

4. Luggage storage on the yacht is difficult. If you are moving to a Pattaya hotel or checking out, please store your luggage at the hotel and then pick it up.

5. Please be especially careful, as it is difficult for us or the company to provide compensation in cases of monkey bites due to personal negligence.

6. It is convenient to wear a swimsuit underneath your clothes during the tour, and you can shower at your accommodation in Pattaya.

7. Thailand's rainy season runs from May to October, with frequent rain and squalls. Many people ask if tours run during the rainy season, and the answer is yes, they do.

8. If the tour company determines that it is raining to the extent that the tour cannot be conducted before the tour, the tour company will contact the hotel and provide a full refund.

9. If the customer decides not to attend, a refund is not possible.

10. If the tour cannot be used due to bad weather after it has already started, a full refund will not be provided.

11. Pregnant women are not permitted to use the facility.

12. The schedule is flexible and may change depending on the weather conditions on the day. The snorkeling points and order of activities may change depending on local conditions.

13. Unlike Phuket, Pattaya doesn't have many fish or clear waters for snorkeling. Those with high expectations for snorkeling may be a little disappointed.

14. This tour has a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes the day before or on the day of the tour, for any reason (e.g., hospitalization, return to Korea due to death of a Korean official), will not be accepted for any date changes, cancellations, or refunds. Please consider your purchase carefully.

15. This insurance applies to Thai law and is only applicable during the tour period. It does not apply to medical treatment in Korea. As compensation is limited and inconvenient, we recommend purchasing travel insurance in Korea.
