yourself.
Once you’ve made your noodles, learn the secrets of their rich broth before
trying a bowl made by the best of the best. Become a real ramen expert and

- Children under 3 years may not participate, but parents may bring infants at no extra cost. They can wait in the workshop’s Japanese-style room.

- Vegetarian, Vegan, and no meat or fish options are available for the tasting session
- The cooking venue will be in Musoshin Gion in central Kyoto, not Musoshin Ramen Academy
