Using ingredients and seasonings that you can easily make at home, you will make a typical Japanese home-cooked meal together. (partial demonstration)
You can also choose from a menu of specialty dishes unique to Osaka.
I will also give advice on how to shop at Japanese supermarkets.
All materials used are those that can be purchased at Japanese supermarkets and we have recipes that are easy to make.
You can choose from 5 different menus.

① Ginger-grilled pork, Rice ball, Rolled egg omelette and Miso soup
② Japanese stewed meat and potatoes, Miso soup, Rolled egg omlette and Rice ball
③ Takoyaki and Japanese dessert
④ Bento(lunch box) and Miso soup
⑤ Japanese style hamburg, Miso soup, Spinach(leafy vegetables) with sesame dressing and Rice ball
※ Each menu comes with water and Japanese tea.

In the kitchen and dining room of a typical house in Osaka, Japan, you can cook and eat Japanese home-cooked meals and Osaka specialty dishes with an Osaka mother. Since this is a private activity, you can progress through the lesson at your own pace. You can also ask and learn various things about Japan.

Thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class! The hosts are really lovely and nice, and the recipes were really tasty and simple enough to replicate at home. They also have a lovely set-up for a short tea ceremony.
