Meeting point and late arrivals: Please meet your SUMMIT Guest Experience Tour Lead at the top of the MTA Staircase, directly across from the SUMMIT Entrance.
If you arrive late, check in with the Box office, as we may or may not be able to accommodate you on a later tour.

If you plan to visit this attraction, I highly recommend paying for this Skip the Line and Guided Tour version. It is more expensive but well worth it. It comes with a photo package which Pelago makes no mention of, but is stated on the main website. The lines at One Vanderbilt can otherwise be crazy. The first time I tried in 2024, I gave up. When back in NYC another time, I definitely just went for the Skip the Line tickets. No regrets.
