Your private transfer starts immediately after booking confirmation. You will receive your pickup details via email or WhatsApp before arrival. Upon landing at Aswan Airport, your driver will meet you outside the arrivals area holding a sign with your name and will assist you with your luggage.

You will then be escorted to your private air-conditioned vehicle based on your selected group size (up to 3, 6, or 8 passengers). The journey to Aswan city hotels typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic and exact location.

We provide direct drop-off at any hotel or Nile cruise in Aswan city. For Elephantine Island hotels, drop-off is at the nearest dock or ferry point where guests can use the hotel’s complimentary boat service.

For Nubian Village accommodations, drop-off is arranged at the nearest accessible dock, or directly at the hotel if road access is available. Optional boat transfer can be arranged if required.
