Good service. Driver arrived on time and was very helpful with the luggage.
Driver was very friendly and polite.
Driver was late. When arrived we were told to wait while he used the bathroom. Was on the phone throughout the 50 mins ride speaking loudly in a foreign language ans missed the hotel turn. I usually tip my drivers but not this time

The experience was terrible. the assigned driver for airport pickup didn’t contact us even when the taxi company assured several times that driver will. taxi company said driver was in bathroom but that’s no excuse for not even sending a single msg. taxi company had to reassign another driver. touchdown at 3:20pm. pickup at 5pm !!! not the best way to welcome visitors to London! it’s my first time using Pelago but likely the last. should have arranged through Viator or Klook which are trustworthy for all my past travels.
