Waiting Time Policy – Airport Transfers
• Arrival Transfers: The maximum waiting time is 45 minutes after the scheduled flight landing time, allowing time for passport control and luggage collection.
• Departure Transfers: The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time at the hotel or accommodation.
If the traveler does not arrive or make contact within the applicable waiting time, the service will be considered a no-show, as the driver may have other scheduled services.
