17.00 Meet your instructor at the meeting point (take elevator to 7 floors) 17.05 After changing your clothes (your sport wear) and warm up, get ready to put all Thai boxing gear and started to learn Thai boxing technique for 40 minutes. Later , 40-60 minute for Thai boxing practice. 18.00-18.30 Activities end. • This is a place a Muay Thai Camp not a gym where real professional Thai boxer practice. • Meeting and be around athletic environment that everybody are friendly and full with energy. • Small kids for a boxing partner is also available which is really friendly for kids • Our place is on the top floor of the building so you can enjoy cool view and cool air
