We usually pick up our guests in their accommodation or the nearest parking to the riad/hotel if is not access by cars. Full names and the average weight of each passenger must be given on the booking, as well as the phone number/whatsApp to be able to contact the participants
It is necessary to stand for the duration of the flight, means, no seats on the balloon(basket)
Pets, Weapons or sharp objects, Smoking, Alcohol, and drugs are not allowed during the flight
