- For the Gangchon Rail Bike, you can choose Gimyujeong Station, Gyeonggang Station, or Gapyeong Station. Please note your preferred station when booking.
- When choosing your route, please note the attractions you would like to visit when booking (2–3 recommended). For a smoother experience, the order of stops may be adjusted on the day based on traffic.
- If you plan to visit Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort, please note before booking that the staff can give you ski lessons, but you will need to pay for the staff member's ski equipment.
- To make sure your driver can reach you and to protect your rights, please provide your contact details (a phone number with international roaming, or your WhatsApp, WeChat, or KakaoTalk ID).
Reminders
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. If you miss the vehicle, it will be treated as giving up the tour and no refund will be given.
Friendly reminder: all attraction tickets are paid in cash on site. Please bring KRW 25,000–30,000 in cash per person on the day so the staff can help you buy tickets.
Alpaca World is in the Hongcheon area of Gangwon-do. If you would like to visit Alpaca World, please pay the driver an extra KRW 50,000 on site.
Your driver will contact you between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM the day before your trip. Please make sure to provide a correct, reachable WhatsApp, WeChat, or KakaoTalk contact when booking.
No eating or drinking in the vehicle (except water). A special cleaning fee starting from KRW 150,000 will be charged if the vehicle is soiled by vomit, food, drinks, or bodily waste. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medicine in advance.
