Our surf-lessons are 2 hours long. We will start with 30 minutes theory on land were we will talk about surfing on your level, safety, discuss your goals for the lesson, practice the movements on land and have a warm up before heading out in the water to catch waves. Our focus during our lessons is to teach you on a level that is suitable for you, that you feel comfortable and that you have the best time. It is all about the fun! Our lessons includes all the equipment needed. Just bring water, sunscreen and your swimwear. We do have experience with teaching children as young as 3 years of age. All children under the age of 6 needs a private instructor for safety. For those who are more experienced surfers and would like to surf at a more difficult break in the area please let us know in advance. We can discuss your goals and help you tailor the lesson after your level. We have male and female instructors that are English, Spanish and Swedish spoken. We will contact you in advance to schedule a time for your lesson, the time will be based on the high-tides and conditions for that specific day.
