The customer service from the Baiyoke Sky Hotel staff were what struck me as befitting a 5 star hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel entrance, staff were on hand to guide us to the lobby in an efficient manner, where we deposited our bagpacks and luggages with the hotel concierge. Followed by exchanging our vouchers to hotel buffet tickets at the attractions counter on the same floor. We arrived earlier than the booked buffet time. The same buffet tickets allowed us to tour the 77th floor observation deck while we waited for our buffet time. The 360 degrees view on the observation deck were stunning. We could see the whole of Metropolitan Bangkok as far as the horizon. When buffet time arrived, we made our way to the restaurant on the 82nd floor. There was an international seafood buffet waiting for us. The buffet spread was layed out on the inner wall of the restaurant while guests sat at tables near the ceiling to floor windows. Seafood buffet included tuna and salmon sashimi, large river prawns, crayfish. It also included grilled baramundi fillet, wagyu beef slices, roasted peking duck skins wrapped in sping roll skins. To complete the mains, there were local desserts like iced red ruby with coconut milk, crepes flavoured with all sorts of sweet sauces. It was on the whole a sumptuous meal. You can have as many portions of the dishes as you like, as long as you can finish them.

Directions to the hotel lobby was given by the staff meeting us at the entrance. Redemption of the ticket was straight forward there. All that was needed was Pelago confirmation QR code. Followed by instructions by hotel staff to get to the 82nd floor restaurant. If you have any luggage on tow, staff on hand will direct you to the hotel concierge to deposit it there before going to the restaurant. Buffet spread was good. All the different selections were spread out around the restaurant, not obstructing the wonderful view

We opted for the balcony as the menu was much better and similar to the Crystal room but more affordable. There was a good selection. The 5pm sitting was good as we could experience the sunset and lights coming on in Bangkok with a window seat. Later we could visit the revolving floor and observation deck. Highly recommended.

Maybe a little dated environment but the view and food were great. Staff always helpful and smiling. Nowadays I don’t eat as much as before so come hungry or buy a ticket when there is a discount. Skip the drink coupon for top bar if you really not into have a “free” drink afterwards. I’m a sucker for everything included tickets because it feels fun and free (even if you payed for it beforehand). 4/5 stars = recommended (especially when it is Pelago discounted)

Good selection of food and the staff were very helpful and friendly, checking every table to make sure everything is ok. After dinner headed up to 84th revolving floor and had a wonderful 360 view!

Thanks Pelago! It will be good if we can get immediate confirmation, however the confirmation came in after a few hour! The arrangements in the hotel 🏨 is good though, very well organised! Very good view while having meals, shd try！

Had a great experience, the food was very good and the staff were all very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed watching the sun set, we went for the 7pm session.

Food was good especially the grilled section. By including the drink at the roof top bar and a visit to the revolving tower on the 84th floor was a nice gesture and had make the overall experience better. However after arriving at the hotel and getting to the restaurant was a bit chaotic but luckily there were staff to guide us at every step was useful. Overall a recommended activity.
