[China Transportation Card]
Valid for redemption within 90 days from the date of purchase.
This card can be used on subways and buses across China that display the “China T-Union” logo.
Please make sure the card is topped up or has sufficient balance before use. The card cannot be used if the balance is insufficient.
Avoid exposing the card to high temperatures, high pressure, strong magnetic fields, or liquids to prevent damage.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be reported or replaced, so please keep your card safe.
If the card shows signs of human-caused damage such as surface wear, bending, cracking, chip damage, unclear card number, or breakage, a new card must be purchased.
The physical card itself is permanently valid. However, the balance stored on the card is valid until June 30, 2027. If there is no transaction activity (top-up or card usage) before June 30, 2027, the remaining balance will expire. Any card usage or recharge of more than RMB 1 before June 30, 2027 will extend the balance validity by another 366 days.
There may be slight color differences in the printing of the physical card. Refund requests based on such differences will not be accepted.
Top-up methods: You can recharge the card at Qingdao Metro station service counters, self-service machines, or through the Qindao Tong APP.
