Guide was great but sadly no castle visit. Was told castle hall is closed for special event and no need tickets but super long queue. The castle is actually a modern office building. Spent more than half an hour at Charles Bridge. Should be more upfront with the meaning of castle visit. Meaning visiting the surrounding areas at the castle compound but not inside the castle, even for the modern castle. Ticket is for the 2 churches inside the castle compound. Need separate and additional tickets for towers, etc.
