You can exchange your ticket at the basement level, near the Airport Link.
Quick and easy to purchase and collect
Very easy to redeem the rabbit card in Terminal 21.
Fast redemption by just showing the qr code to the staff. Can use the card immediately. Need to register the card with passport when topping up. Convenient to use for travelling with BTS.
This was much easier than buying from a train station if you know where to collect the card from, I collected from terminal 21, collection was at luggage storage area.
