Itinerary

Required booking information:
Passengers' names and phone number.
Complete departure and arrival addresses (Rome and Florence).
For Airports: Airport name, flight number, and landing time.
Meeting and Waiting Procedures:
At the Airport: The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall (Meeting Point) with a name sign. The waiting time is free of charge for 60 minutes after landing. After this time, upon prior notification, an additional hourly rate will apply.
At the Hotel/Address: The driver will wait up to a maximum of 20 minutes after the scheduled time.
No-Show: After this time, without receiving any notification from the passengers, the service will be considered a "No Show" and will not be refundable.

Driver: Experienced English and Spanish speaking driver, available to assist with luggage
Get up to 15 minutes from your Rome accommodation and 60 minutes from the airport at no extra cost.
Door-to-Door Service: Pick-up from your hotel/airport in Rome and arrival in Florence(or vice versa)
Flight Monitoring: Constant monitoring of landing times to ensure punctuality

NOT INCLUDED

Night supplement of €20 (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) to be paid directly to the driver upon pick-up.
Extra stops not included: must be agreed upon in advance and incur a surcharge.
Tips: Optional (highly appreciated by international travelers).
