Koshu Wine Beef is a safe and high-quality beef, raised without any genetically modified feed, reflecting the passion of dedicated producers. The cattle are fed grape remnants from winemaking, which results in tender meat with no unpleasant odor. We proudly use this premium Koshu beef in our dishes.

Our salad is made with locally sourced Yamanashi vegetables and served with our homemade dressing for a fresh and flavorful experience.

For the shabu-shabu, we heat Mt. Fuji lava stones to 250°C, then pour the broth right before your eyes, offering a unique dining experience that can only be enjoyed at our restaurant.

This special pork, born from the passion of the chef and producer, is a Yamanashi brand pork raised as a special breed of Fuji Sakura Pork. Out of 100 pigs, only 2-3 can become AK Pork. We use this luxurious AK Pork in our dishes.

Our salad is made with plenty of locally sourced Yamanashi vegetables, paired with our homemade dressing for a fresh and flavorful experience.

The steak is cooked on a lava stone plate from Mt. Fuji, using infrared heat to create a crispy outer layer while keeping the inside juicy.

The accompanying grilled vegetables are carefully prepared to bring out their natural flavors.
