Great itinerary. Did not feel rushed. Our guide Matt was great, very knowledgeable and friendly
Nathan was our guide amd driver. He is funny amd knowledgeable. No rush amd it was a very relaxing tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Nathan. Highly recommended!
Elisha is a one of a kind guide. Some might not like how much she talks but she has so much knowledge and insight I am so glad she did. She was thoroughly entertaining. I really enjoyed the full day and I think she brought something to it that other guides might not. The day was very well laid out. A trip on the train is a must do for this area.
Nathan was a fantastic guide he is very good at his job makes everyone feel relaxed Our carriage was over full a mistake not by him but the staff at puffing Billy he saw this and found us another carriage so we could enjoy the full experience
The guide was amazing, excellent driving and delivers with humour and thoughtfulness! Even though the job on 19th Jun was on his off day, we appreciate his dedication to work and enjoyed the puffing billy ride, Healesville Sanctuary visit. Was a bit disappointed that there was no morning tea and chocolate sampling as mentioned in the itinerary. It was not part of the paid service but just a fancy description
