1. Booking & Confirmation

Reservation: The customer books the private transfer online (e.g., via Viator), selecting their route, departure date, time, passenger count, luggage amount, and any optional add-ons (such as an infant car seat or a sightseeing stop at Salda Lake).

Instant Confirmation: The customer receives a voucher and instant confirmation containing their booking reference and support contact details.

Detail Verification: Operations verifies the pickup location (hotel, resort, or specific address in Fethiye/Ölüdeniz or Pamukkale/Karahayıt) and cross-checks luggage capacity against the assigned vehicle class.

2. Pre-Trip Operations & Driver Assignment

Vehicle Preparation: The assigned vehicle (e.g., Mercedes-Benz Vito or Sprinter) undergoes standard pre-trip cleaning, climate control testing, and safety checks. Refreshments (bottled water) and requested child seats are installed.

Driver Dispatch: A professional, licensed driver is assigned the route and provided with the customer’s pickup details, contact information, and flight/schedule constraints if applicable.

Customer Communication: A reconfirmation message or WhatsApp notification is sent to the customer prior to departure, providing the driver’s details and pickup time.

3. Pickup & Departure

On-Time Arrival: The driver arrives at the designated pickup address (hotel lobby, villa, or resort entrance) 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Greeting & Assistance: The driver greets the passengers, confirms booking details, and assists with loading all luggage safely into the vehicle.

Departure: Once all guests are comfortably seated with seatbelts fastened, the direct door-to-door journey begins.

4. In-Transit Experience

Comfort & Amenities: Guests travel in a private, air-conditioned environment with complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi (if available).

Direct Route / Optional Stop: The vehicle proceeds via the optimal intercity highway route between Fethiye and Pamukkale (approximately 3 to 3.5 hours of driving time). If a custom sightseeing option was booked, the driver makes the planned detour (e.g., Kaklık Cave or Salda Lake).

Rest Stop: Upon request, the driver can make a brief comfort stop at a highway service area for refreshments or restroom facilities.

5. Drop-Off & Service Completion

Arrival at Destination: The driver arrives directly at the specified destination (hotel, private residence, or transfer point in Pamukkale/Karahayıt or Fethiye/Ölüdeniz).

Luggage & Unloading: The driver unloads and hands over all luggage, ensuring no personal items are left behind in the vehicle.

Final Fare Check: Because all tolls, fuel, and fees are prepaid through the booking platform, no on-site payment is required unless the guest chooses to tip.

Service Closure: The driver confirms the successful drop-off with the operations center, closing out the booking.
