We were under the impression that this was a romantic dinner and sunset cruise. Instead we were met with families. Sat for over an hour at the “checkin” point. It was extremely hot. Before getting on boat they made us get a photo, great! We could get something cute out of this… Go half way and it started raining, we were then informed that we couldn’t go to the snorkel spot (whole point of the cruise, other than dinner). So sat at a beach for 2 hrs before we had to get back on the boat. When we got on the boat we were met with dinner? At 4pm? Dinner was also merely just a serve yourself buffet, not the sit down dinner we were expecting. Flies were landing all over the uncovered food. My fiancé and I didn’t eat it. We were then informed about 30 minutes later that we would not be going to the point to view the sunset and instead going straight back to the pier. The trip was then essentially cut short by 2 hours and we didn’t even see the sunset. When we got back to the pier we went to grab the photos to then be told we had to pay for them? A bit cheap considering we didn’t even get the whole tour. Then had to sit in the taxi holding area for FORTY minutes for the van to take us back to the hotel. Very very disappointing and to be honest we would like a refund or even a partial refund but contacting this company proved frustrating previously and we just can’t be bothered. Crew on boat were nice, that’s about the only good thing we have to say.
