- Arrival: Look for the staff holding a "Round Plus" sign at the arrival hall after landing.
- Departure: Meet at the designated area between counters E and F at the departure terminal.
- Bookings must be made at least 6 hours before your flight to ensure support.
- For Departures, please arrive at the meeting point at least 2 hours (1.5 hours for Premium) before your flight.
- Staff cannot enter the immigration line once the customer has been handed over to the officer.
- Passengers must stay within the designated line to ensure the service continues.
- This service is valid only for international travellers with non-Vietnamese passports.
- The service does not apply to domestic arrivals or departures.
- Passport details, arrival/departure date, and flight name are required for all passengers.
- Infants under 24 months: Free of charge (required info must still be provided).
- Children (Arrival): Child ticket applies for ages 2–10 years.

Fast track service for immigration was good and efficient. The representative was easy to find, quickly confirmed my name, and guided to the fast lane. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Very convenient.
Straight in and no fuss, was responsive to WhatsApp messages and friendly service.

Initially can’t find the agent but was glad the agent Wapps me to look for him with a signboard. After that, it was smooth sailing.
Paid for the fast track VIP service with X ray. Ended up we still had to queue via the normal lane for the X ray scans. What was promised was not delivered and we paid extra for this “VIP” service . Felt very cheated and feeling scammed by this!
