If you choose the arrival transfer, you will meet a professional representative at the international arrivals lounge. You will be assisted with your luggage and board a luxury vehicle to head to your hotel. The driver/guide will be holding a sign with your name or group reference on it, so you can easily find them.

If you choose the departure transfer, you will be met at the hotel lobby and be assisted with your bags to then head to the airport. One day before your service, the operation department will leave a message at the hotel front desk providing the exact pickup time.
