Hands-on Pasta Making : We’ll start from scratch with flour and eggs to create authentic Spoleto Strangozzi or perfect fettuccine. I’ll teach you the traditional ‘sfoglia’ technique of hand-rolling dough. The Sweet Secret : Together, we’ll craft the perfect Tiramisu—creamy, balanced, and made following a foolproof family recipe. Lunch/Dinner like a Local : Once our dishes are ready, we’ll sit down together in the warm atmosphere of Domus Umbria to enjoy our meal, paired with excellent local wines and great conversation.
