8:00–8:30 am: Pick up at meeting point : No. 27 Cua Dong Street , Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi by shuttle bus12:00
12:00 pm: Arrive at Tuan Chau International Marina. From here, a tender boat will transport you to the Halong Phoenix Cruiser. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival and proceed to check into your cabin13:00
1:00 pm: Indulge in a set menu lunch served at the restaurant as you take in the stunning scenery. Sail amidst the numerous islands, passing Duck and Thumb islets en route to the Luon Cave area15:00
3:00 pm: Stop at Luon Cave area for kayaking. Explore the beautiful lagoons17:00
5:00 pm: As the sun sets over the bay, return to the cruise to unwind. Enjoy coffee, tea, and fruits on the sundeck, or request your preferred beverage as the boat cruises to its nighttime anchorage19:00
7:00 pm: Savor a dinner featuring local seafood. Following your meal, you can opt to relax with a drink from the bar or on the top deck, or experience the activity of squid fishing

9:00–9:30 am: Upon checking out of the cabin and settling your bill, the boat will commence its journey back to the harbor. During this time, you'll have the opportunity to observe other areas of the bay, including iconic spots like Fighting Cocks Island (a symbol of Halong Bay), Incense Burner, and Stone Dogs Island10:30
10:30 am: Experience an onboard cooking demonstration that reveals the art of crafting authentic Vietnamese spring rolls. Gain insights into the recipes and techniques that bring this beloved Vietnamese dish to life11:00
