Day trip details sent by operator by WhatsApp a day before the activity - useful to get a connection to someone to answer queries on the trip. Especially since we have 2 young kids (6 & 8 yrs). Transfers from hotel (1 hour each way from Patong Beach in Phuket to the pier) was smooth. Big boat has toilets (useful), has lots of fellow travelers from different countries (include other families with kids, groups and solo travelers) - good mix. Lunch provided on the boat was adequate and free-flow of syrup drinks, water, coffee and biscuits welcomed. Kayaking (2 sessions at Panak and Hong islands) was safe and enjoyable. Overall, James Bond Island + kayaking at islands within Phang Nga Bay is recommended during your visit to Phuket/Krabi. Boat company: BB Sealion. Boat: JP Andaman
