- Night Safari operates daily from 19:15 to 00:00 (last admission at 23:15).
- Turnstiles open at 18:30 for dining and shopping before your booked timeslot.
- Operating hours may change—check the official Night Safari website before visiting.

- Redeem Direct Entry Tickets (DET) before entry; dated and open-dated ticket holders must secure a timeslot in advance at this link.
- Multi-Language Tram (MLT) boarding strictly at Tram Station 5—arrive 10–15 minutes before your slot.
- Tram ride arrives every 15 minutes from the entrance and accommodates up to 60 persons.
- Key presentations:
- Creatures of the Night @ Amphitheatre: 19:30, 21:00, 22:00 (Fri, Sat, eve of PH only)
- Twilight Performance @ Entrance Courtyard: 20:15, 21:15
- Seats for Creatures of the Night must be reserved 2 hours before each show at this link.
- No leaving the amphitheatre during presentations; guides/tour leaders must ensure guests remain until the end.
- Effective 10 April 2025: Fire hybrid performance replaced by LED light performance until further notice.
- Coach drivers must avoid Coach Bays 3 & 5 (reserved for Mandai shuttle services).
