The daily Private Tour service includes 10 hours of vehicle usage with a distance limit of 350 km, ideal for multi-day in-depth travel in the Chubu region.

Chinese/Japanese-speaking driver service provided, including hotel pick-up and drop-off for smooth communication and a more convenient travel experience.

Highway tolls, parking fees, and driver accommodation are all included, with no extra costs required; please see below for detailed information.

※ Pick-up/drop-off area: Hotels within Nagoya City (If either the first-day pick-up point or the last-day drop-off point is outside Nagoya City, deadhead time will be deducted from the 10-hour limit or an overtime fee will be charged)

Service hours: 10 hours between 7:00-21:00

※ If you wish to start or end the trip outside of standard service hours, additional fees will apply and will be charged according to the overtime standard.

Driver language: Chinese/Japanese (Drivers can only provide simple explanations inside the vehicle and will not accompany you into attractions)

Vehicle usage time and calculation: The 10-hour period starts from the agreed departure time. If it exceeds 10 hours, an overtime service fee of 8,000 JPY/hour must be paid on-site.

※ If guests are late, the driver will wait for 30 minutes, and the waiting time will be deducted from the total charter time. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes and the guest cannot be reached, the driver will depart and no refund will be provided.

※ No additional fees will be charged if the usage time is exceeded due to traffic congestion or similar circumstances.
