From here our tour will start with an external overview of the great Norman-Swabian castle of the thirteenth century. We will continue entering the maze of white streets to meet the famous ladies of old Bari, at work with orecchiette under the eyes of tourists. Next, we will visit the Cathedral of San Sabino, which was built between the 12th and 13th centuries and immediately after the Basilica of San Nicola, a splendid example of Apulian Romanesque architecture, where Catholic worship meets Orthodox traditions. During the tour, you will stop at regular intervals to sample some of the city's famous street food specialties, from panzerotto to focaccia, to sgagliozze. Breakfast, check out and transfer by regional train to Trani (duration 40 min) Departure for a guided tour of the city, shared with a small group. Meeting with the guide in Piazza Manfredi at 10.30 and visit of the Swabian Castle (external), internal and external Romanesque Cathedral to continue towards the medieval Jewish quarter, Giudecca, where there are still 2 synagogues. In the afternoon, transfer by train to Monopoli and meet the guide in Largo Plebiscito, near the church of S. Francesco. From here our journey through the beauties of the small seaside town will begin, admiring the rock church of Santa Maria del Soccorso (morning only) and the Baroque churches such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria della Madia and the church of Santa Maria del Suffragio (called del Purgatory). Then we will move to the seafront and the outside of the sixteenth-century Castle of Charles V. You will be able to admire numerous facades of ancient buildings, churches and the picturesque port finding ourselves in Piazza Garibaldi and then move on to the small tasting of local products. Breakfast, check out and transfer by train to Lecce, Arrival check in at the B&B in the historic center where you will leave your luggage. Lecce afternoon tour with an appointment in Piazza Sant’Oronzo in front of Caffè Alvino. From here we will start our journey through the beauties of the Baroque of Lecce and the testimonies of the Roman era, admiring the Cathedral, the Basilica of Santa Croce, the amphitheater and the Roman Theater, the exterior of the Castle of Charles V and numerous facades of ancient buildings.

In the morning departure by train to reach Ostuni, once you arrive at the station an apecar will be waiting for you to reach the ancient village. Guided tour of the medieval village, with stops and explanation of the various monuments, panoramic terraces, photo stops ... The Ape Calessino, thanks to its small size, is able to access every corner of the historic center.
