Teppanyaki Gin is located in Umeda, Osaka. It is a teppanyaki restaurant
specializing in Ozaki beef, offering precious ingredients such as dreamy Ozaki
wagyu beef, Ise lobster, and fresh raw abalone. Ozaki beef is a dream breed
that rancher Mr. Ozaki Muneharu spent 35 years developing and can only produce
30 heads a month. It is characterized by rich fat, light taste, and no greasy,
and it will not feel burdensome. Such high quality not only attracts the
attention of gourmets in Japan, but also overseas.
