A true lost world, Jomblang Cave is a collapsed sinkhole that's part of a cave system that runs through Gunung Kidul, outside Yogyakarta. Visitors are lowered around 165 feet (50 meters) on a rope and thenk hike down tunnel to Grubug cave, which is flooded with rays of sunlight. After that explore the pristine white beach and beautiful rock formations of Timang Beach after your spelunking activity. Don't miss out on the wooden cable car (Gondola) ride to Watu Panjang Island during your trip!

We signed up this tour specifically for the Jomblang Cave and Timang Beach and enjoyed it a lot with good weather - we got more than what we asked for. Vega was our driver for the day. An experienced driver, communicated well and fluent in English. Very patient and considerate - he reminded us to bring spare clothes to change which we did from all the sweat from the Jomblang Cave experience.
Great trip - Jomblang cave was a great adventure to the “heaven light” with a good lunch at the end. Bring a lamp torch! Kudos to the staff - incredible. Gondola to the island via Jeep was well worth the drive and again - everyone involved made the trip a great one. Special mention to driver Budi: worldly and knowledgeable - he shared great stories during the drives that made time fly. Would recommend this tour
