Wildlife such as red‑tailed hawks, bald eagles, javelina, wild horses, deer, coyotes, and desert reptiles may appear. On rare days, tightline walkers set up between nearby peaks, and aerial stunt planes practice maneuvers overhead. This last stretch includes a short 10‑minute ride on paved roads back to the meeting point and your vehicle. Guests often leave with a small desert‑themed keepsake, including saguaro cactus seeds and simple instructions for growing their own Arizona cactus at home. It’s a fun, memorable way to take a piece of the desert with you.
