- Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Last admission is 90 minutes before closing time.
- Tickets are issued as wristbands and must be worn at all times while inside the venue.
- Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the playland.
- Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Smoking, drinking, and pets (except service animals with ID) are not allowed.
- Dangerous items, jewelry, and valuable items should not be brought into the play area.
- Participants are responsible for equipment care; damages may result in repair charges.
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, seniors, or individuals with medical conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy.
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry without a refund.
- Children measuring 140cm and above are restricted from entering the park.
- Children must weigh no more than 40kg to participate in the rides.
- Children aged 1 month to 12 years are allowed to enter; children aged 0-2 are eligible for toddler tickets, while those above 2 years require a child ticket.
- One paying adult (18+ years) is compulsory to supervise the children.
- A ratio of 2 children to 1 adult applies for immediate family members at all times.
- Guardian tickets can only be purchased with an accompanying child ticket.

- Mobile or printed voucher.
- The venue is located within Monkeys Canopy Resort; please check with onsite staff for specific wheelchair access routes to the playland entrance.

- No cancellations, refunds, or changes are permitted once the booking is confirmed.

- The voucher is valid only for the selected date and timeslot.
