Good to know
Please ensure the booking is made under the name of the person who will be collecting the WiFi device, as presenting your passport for verification is a requirement during device collection.
Speeds may decrease after exceeding 3GB of usage in a single day, and will be restored upon data limit reset the following day.
While the device supports up to five connections, having more than three connections may also lead to reduced speeds.
Please note that the pickup and drop-off counters are located outside of the security area. Make sure to return your device before proceeding with the check-in process.

Pick up counter is just right outside the arrival gate so convenient and return is just drop off at the box of the same counter. The wifi is strong and great connection everywhere is Hokkaido. I’m so glad I booked this because me and my 3 kids are using the wifi all the time this made our trip great. Highly recommended
The connection is pretty poor and hardly stable.
