Highlights

Do you want to combine physical activity with a naturalistic and historical excursion? This is the experience for you! We will do an urban fitwalk of about 12 kilometers passing first through the nature of the Caffarella Park and then through the ancient history of Rome along a stretch of the ancient Appian Way.


We will leave early in the morning, to admire the Eternal City when it gets up!


We will go at a brisk pace, but we will not rush and I will always adapt to the needs of the guests.


At the end of the fitwalking we will take a bus to Cinecittà and then the Metro A to return to the starting point.


At the end of the walk we have breakfast together!

Bring with you: water bottle, a ticket for public transport, sun and rain gear (depending on the season). Don't bring bulky things. In case of rain in the previous days bring shoes suitable for mud. The duration of the entire experience is approximately three hours, which varies according to walking speed and frequency of public transport. Depending on the season, small changes to the original itinerary are expected.
