Usage
Swap your smartphone voucher for your FLEXI Pass at the VIENNA SIGHTSEEING & Vienna PASS Service (metro station Kärntner Ring. Oper)
The physical ID of the person who booked the tickets is needed to collect your FLEXI Pass
You must pick up your FLEXI Pass on the day you booked it for, but you can start using it on a later day if you wish. From the moment of its first use, it is valid for 60 days
Each attraction can only be visited once with the same pass (except, of course, the hop-on hop-off buses)
It is highly recommended to check each attraction's opening hours

redemption was easy, entry to the attractions is also super easy. my main complaint is that collection of the passes is strictly on the stated date and collection is only at 1 point which is at the Vienna Pass office. A bit too restrictive and limited. Once collected it is super easy to use though.
