Waterbom exceeded every expectation. Best water park we've been to — and we're already talking about doing it again. The rides are brilliant but what makes it stand out is how smoothly everything runs. Not overcrowded, well spaced, great facilities and a really seamless payment system. Everything just works. Do not skip this one.
Great fun with family, the facility is clean and I just wish we booked gazebo months before as when it's busy it just nice to have a place to shelter especially when it's very hot during mid day. Lockers are available though in case you can't find gazebo availability during the day and can be access through payment that will be taken from the "prepaid credit" that can be arrange when you get your entrance bracelet. Lots of food variety you can purchase which off course going to be higher in price compare to outside but still ok. Oh also lots of fellow Australian here so feels a bit like home 😅😅
My kid enjoyed alot. Other water parks dont allow 100cm for slides. This park will accomodate all ages from kids to teens to adults.
Get your tickets on Pelago or other 3rd party vendors as the door tickets are expensive for non-residents. Younger kids are content with the kid area and there are staff at every feature to ensure safety of kids. Which is really great. Can’t review much for the adult rides as we went mainly for the kids.
Glad I booked the tickets online. The queue was much smaller than the counter tickets. Benefit of booking with Pelago was, cheaper tickets and bonus KrisFlyer points. Bali WaterBom is must visit for all the tourists in Bali.

So much fun at the the waterpark! Everything is so well-maintained and the staff were so friendly there. Me and my friends had so much fun. Easy check-in through Pelago as there's a special lane for online booking at the entrance! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED activity!
